Primary Protection Plan
The Primary Protection Plan covers most parts of your oil-fired, propane or natural gas-fired furnace or boiler. The Primary Protection Plan includes:
- Annual tune-up
- Most parts and labor of the heating unit
Perform any necessary maintenance functions and safety checks according to the General Conditions for oil-fired or propane/natural gas-fired units.
Parts and Labor
Upon inspection and approval of your heating system, Webber agrees to provide the repair service for your unit according to the General Conditions for the Primary Protection Plan for oil-fired or propane/natural-gas-fired units.
Emergency Service
We have Customer Service Representatives on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days/year to address any unexpected emergency issues.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this unique plan, customers must:
- Purchase your entire fuel supply, fuel oil and propane only, from Webber
- Enroll in automatic delivery
The cost of this plan is billed annually, but can be included in your monthly budget.
