CAP Program

• Our cap program includes downside protection
• Downside protection will be billed by the gallon and will have to be billed and invoiced separately from the oil purchase
• The costs of this protection can be paid in advance or budgeted.
• The cap program can be budgeted or paid as the customer receives delivery
• Budget accounts have to remain within credit terms.
• Cap Program is for #2 Fuel Oil only

Price Protection Plan

This plan allows you to fix the price of your fuel oil or propane for the contract year and/or a set number of gallons.

• You set a budget for your supply costs for the upcoming heating season by fixing your price.
• You decide when the best time is to FIX your price.
• Your price will not change until you have used all gallons or April 30th of the next year, whichever comes first.
• This plan can be budgeted over 12 months.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Does Webber set a locked rate for all customers per season?
A. No, unlike other programs on the market, your lock price is not pre-set by Webber. Oil prices vary daily based on the oil commodity markets. Under our program, you decide when it's the best time to lock your rate. Simply call our office to cap your price for the season.

Q. Can I lock a price for both propane and oil?
A. The Cap Price program is for #2 residential heating oil only. However, we continue to offer a fixed price program for propane.

Q. Do I have to pay for my commitment in advance?
A. You can either prepay for the season or spread the cost over 12 months using our Budget Plan. Downside protection will be billed separately, whether you pay cash or go on a budget.

Q. Are there any requirements to participate in the Budget Plan?
A. Yes, you must qualify for credit and enroll in automatic delivery.

Q. When does this plan start?
A. It starts and stops at different times each year, so please call your local Webber office for the current start and/or stop date.

Q. Must I purchase all my fuel oil from Webber?
A. Yes, all our price protection plans require fuel bought annually from Webber.
