Presidential Propane Protection Plan

The Presidential Propane Protection Plan offers security and peace of mind for the maintenance and repair of your propane heating unit. The Presidential Propane Protection Plan covers:

• Maintenance and repairs up to full replacement of heating unit at no additional cost
• Annual tune-up
• All parts and labor
• Emergency service, 24 hours a day, 365 days/year

Under this plan, you can choose from two options:

• Option 1: Covers your propane heating unit, boiler/furnace for under $21/month.
• Option 2: Covers propane space heaters and/or hot water heater for under $13/month.

The cost of this plan can be budgeted over a 12 month period or billed annually.

Annual Maintenance

Option 1: Propane Heating Unit, Boiler, or Furnace

During the annual maintenance appointment, a Webber technician will:

• Pressure-test the system
• Test and check all propane controls
• Check, clean and/or replace the burner thermocouple and pilot orifices.
• Check and adjust ignition system
• Lubricate motor bearings
• Test-fire propane burner to be sure it is functioning properly
• Take efficiency test to determine maximum operating efficiency

Option 2: Propane Space Heaters and/or Hot Water Heater

During the annual maintenance appointment, a Webber technician will:

• Pressure test the system.
• Test and check all propane controls
• Check, clean and/or replace the burner thermocouple and pilot orifices.
• Check and adjust ignition system
• Test fire propane burner to be sure it is operating properly.

Parts and Labor

Upon inspection and approval of your heating system, Webber agrees to provide all repair services for your propane unit (subject to General Conditions), including all parts and labor, up to and including the complete replacement of an entire furnace/boiler unit, space heater, or hot water heater, depending on the plan you choose.

Emergency Service

We have Customer Service Representatives on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days/year to address any unexpected emergency issues.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this unique plan, customers must:

• Purchase your entire propane supply from Webber
• Enroll in automatic fuel delivery
• Have the heating system inspected and approved by a Webber representative

The Webber Presidential Propane Protection Plan covers emergency calls, as well as the annual service of the system. It covers the cost for the labor, repair or replacement of all parts as outlined under the General Conditions.

The cost of this plan is billed annually, but can be included in your monthly budget.
