Webber Home Watch™ Plan

Webber Home Watch™ Plan protects your home while you are away, helping to prevent frozen pipes. When you enroll in this plan, Webber installs a wireless sensor—approximately the size of a smoke detector—inside your home to monitor your home temperature and fuel levels.

• If the temperature or fuel level falls below a predetermined threshold, the system notifies Webber through your phone line. Webber sends a qualified service technician to your home, day or night, to address the problem.
• Optional coverage: an oil burner sensor that alerts Webber at the moment of mechanical failure.

Eligibility

To participate in the Webber Home Watch™ plan, customers must:

• Enroll in automatic fuel delivery
• Maintain an active phone line
• Purchase your entire heating fuel supply from Webber.

Homeowners Insurance Discount

Some insurance companies offer a 5% credit on homeowners insurance for freeze alarm protection. If you currently have Webber's Home Watch™ Plan, call your insurance agent or Sargent Tyler & West, 207.992.5200, to inquire about this credit.

The cost of this plan can be budgeted over a 12 month period or billed annually.
